How Kronowave, Inc. handles information through Factory. Updated September 10, 2026.
About this notice
Kronowave, Inc. operates Factory for adults and organizations using the service for business or professional purposes. This notice covers the Factory website, orders, gifts, project submissions, examinations, reports and support.
Information we handle
We receive contact details, order information, support correspondence and project materials you provide. Project materials may include source archives, filenames, configuration, dependencies, setup instructions and workflow descriptions. Submit materials you are authorized to share, and use sample data where appropriate.
Factory records package balances, gift claims, access records, submission references and operational events. Examinations may generate logs, screenshots, observations, findings and reports, including information visible in the application. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs.
How information is used
We use information to manage orders and entitlements, verify access, process submissions, perform the requested examination, deliver reports and provide support. Operational records support troubleshooting, service protection, business recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Processing may include copying project materials into an examination environment, installing dependencies, running the application and recording behavior within the agreed scope.
Service providers
Factory uses service providers for hosting, storage, computing, payments and transactional email. These include Sites hosting with Cloudflare-backed services, AWS infrastructure and email, and Stripe checkout. OpenAI may process selected project information or examination context when used for the requested analysis. The services and information involved depend on the examination configuration.
Stripe processes payment details through its checkout service. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Project access and confidentiality
Access to project materials supports delivery, administration, support and protection of the service. Treat submission, sign-in and report links as private access credentials and share them only with authorized recipients. Use the designated secure process for any required service credentials. Contact support about suspected unauthorized access.
Service improvements and permissions
Kronowave may retain anonymous operational lessons, such as general compatibility observations and verification patterns, to improve Factory. These lessons exclude customer-identifying information and customer source code. Information that remains attributable to a customer continues to be treated as customer information.
Use of customer materials for model training, marketing, testimonials or public examples requires separate written permission.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose, including service delivery, troubleshooting, security, business records and applicable legal requirements. Package expiration controls when runs may be used. Access-link expiration controls access. Each is separate from the retention of project materials, evidence, reports and backups.
Contact support to request deletion or information about retention. We review requests against applicable obligations and explain any records that must be retained. Backup copies are handled through the applicable backup lifecycle.
Your requests and choices
Email support.factory@kronowave.com to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your project. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We may verify your identity or authority and coordinate with the business that supplied the information. Include an order or project reference to help us locate the relevant records.
Cookies and technical storage
Factory and its hosting platform use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, access and site operation. Browser controls let you manage cookies and local storage; these choices can affect session persistence and site functionality.
Legal disclosures and business changes
Information may be disclosed as required by applicable law or valid legal process, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish or defend legal claims. Information may also be reviewed or transferred in a business transaction, subject to applicable law and confidentiality commitments.
