KRONOWAVE FACTORY

Terms

Service terms for Kronowave, Inc. Updated September 10, 2026. Read these terms together with your accepted order and package details.

Customer eligibility

Factory serves U.S.-based adults building or operating a business and U.S. companies purchasing for business or professional use. An individual purchases in their own legal name. A person purchasing for a company confirms authority to enter the agreement on that company’s behalf. Customers must have authority to submit their project for examination.

Service and scope

Factory examines a submitted application within the scope specified for the order and report. Results describe the particular candidate, configuration and checks performed at the recorded time. Coverage and next verification steps form part of the deliverable.

Your materials and authority

You retain ownership of your submitted materials. You must have authority to submit them and authorize the agreed examination. You grant Kronowave and its service providers the limited rights necessary to store, copy, process and examine those materials and deliver the service. You remain responsible for lawful submissions, permissions and accurate setup information.

Factory intellectual property

Kronowave retains its rights in Factory’s software, methods, tooling, templates, branding and underlying technology. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use and share your delivered report for your business purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of Factory technology. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

Results and responsibility

Reports support your engineering and business decisions. You remain responsible for changes, deployment and operation of your application. Factory does not guarantee that every defect will be identified, that your application is secure or compliant, or that a particular commercial outcome will follow. Implementation and remediation services require a separate agreement.

Packages and expiration

Single and Double package runs are available for 30 days from purchase. Ten-Pack and Validation package runs are available for 60 days from purchase. Snapshot runs may be used across multiple projects. The deeper Validation examination covers one project; included Snapshot runs may cover multiple projects. Each Snapshot is an independent examination.

Delivery estimates

Snapshot delivery is targeted within 24 hours after the automated email confirms receipt of the repository, subject to system load. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Validation timing is set out in the applicable order or agreed scope. When required credentials or instructions are missing, Factory requests the input and pauses processing and the delivery clock until it is received.

Examination outcomes

An evidence-backed report documenting application build, runtime or workflow defects is a delivered examination and consumes the affected run. Code quality or an unfavorable finding does not itself qualify for a refund or replacement credit. A completed examination requires the agreed report and supporting evidence; a generic system error alone is not delivery.

Replacement run credits

If a Factory-side system failure prevents completion of a Snapshot examination and delivery of its report, Kronowave restores one run credit for each affected run. One affected run receives one replacement credit; two receive two. The remedy applies to affected runs, not the entire package. Each replacement credit is usable until the later of the original expiration date or 30 days after restoration. Cash refunds are provided where required by applicable law. This policy preserves non-waivable statutory rights.

Validation orders

The applicable order or separate agreement describes the deeper Validation examination and its delivery arrangements. Included Snapshot runs follow the Snapshot replacement-credit policy above. Contact support with the order reference for assistance with a Validation delivery issue.

Service improvements and customer permissions

Kronowave may retain anonymous operational lessons to improve Factory’s checks. These lessons exclude customer-identifying information and customer source code. Use of customer materials for model training, marketing or public examples requires separate written permission.

Orders and changes

The accepted order defines the package, price, scope and deliverables. Additional work requires separate agreement. Kronowave may pause an examination to resolve access, authorization, safety or scope issues and communicate the next step.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” with implied warranties disclaimed. To that same extent, Kronowave excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and limits aggregate liability arising from an order to the fees paid for that order. These provisions do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.

Contact and updates

Contact support.factory@kronowave.com about your order or the service. Applicable law and any separate agreement govern the parties’ rights and obligations. Changes to accepted order terms require an applicable agreement. Updated website terms carry a revised date and apply as permitted by law.
